Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the shipping date (online) or date of purchase (in person) to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Closeout Sale items are final sale and unable to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Request a Return
Log in to your account at https://account.jonblanco.com. Find the order and request a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If an item is defective or damaged, please email info@jonblanco.com with details and photo evidence. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at info@jonblanco.com and send your item to: JON BLANCO, 5748 WINONA AVE. Saint Louis MO 63109, United States. If you are in the St. Louis area, you can come to any of our pop up events to exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items over $50 should use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We strongly recommend this for orders over $75.
