Processing Time
All orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Note: Shipping times are estimates. You may experience delays due to high volume or other events outside of our control.
We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping.
We offer a $5 flat rate on orders under $50. Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.

Local delivery and pickup
Free local delivery or pick up is available for all orders in the St. Louis area.
Deliveries are made from 8AM to 7PM. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
If you choose pick up, we will send you pick up instructions via email
International Shipping
We currently ship domestically within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have questions, please contact us at support@jonblanco.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jonblanco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
